Mechelle Monroe is a Global People Partner with 15 years of progressive hands-on experience coupled with 10 years of DEI experience in diverse industries. Mechelle began her HR career in California, and has worked in NY, Seattle, Chicago, UK, and Canadian Markets.
She has managed multiple brands/agencies across multiple locations, supporting agencies within Omnicom Health Group, Plus Company/Blue Focus, and IPG. Mechelle also has previous experience in Media, Healthcare and EdTech.
Mechelle's love of people makes building rapport throughout all levels of an organization enjoyable. She believes in representing HR as a knowledgeable and flexible business partner with the ability to create, persuade, relate, and communicate effectively.
Mechelle is a strategic and creative thinker supporting business change and development. She is highly analytical, intuitive, forward thinking and loves solving problems. She is currently a Global Client People Lead at WPP.
